June 2012 – Agreement to Provide Sellability Scores to Help Sell a Company
1st June 2012 – Strategic Company Sales has entered into an agreement to provide the Sellability Score to its clients. The Sellability Score is a quantitative tool designed to analyse how sellable a business is.
Under this program, business owners who visit Strategic Company Sales website can complete a questionnaire online and immediately receive their Sellability Score. As a follow-up they will receive a customized 24 page customised report from Strategic Company Sales.
The Sellability Score was developed using a quantitative survey of business owners with between $50,000 and $100,000,000 in annual revenue. Using various statistical techniques including a factor, regression and correlation analysis, we were able to create an algorithm that predicts the sellability of a company.
The Sellability Score was created by a team of research professionals led by John Warrillow, the bestselling author of Built to Sell: Creating a Business That Can Thrive Without You. John has started and exited four companies, including his most recent business, which was acquired by a public company.
