Strategic Company Sales is an accredited professional intermediary qualified to manage all aspects of the business sale from decision to go to market through to after-sale transition aspects.

Our assignment starts with a deep understanding of your company, its market potential and you as the owner’s own Exit Goals.  We then agree a strategy, prepare marketing materials and develop an overall market plan to sell based on identifying potential acquisition candidates.
Potential acquirers are then qualified and supplied with an Information Memorandum.  Strategic Company Sales will negotiate the terms of the deal in association with yourselves and your legal and financial advisors as appropriate.
